Paeroa Domain (Athletics, Croquet, Rugby, Tennis, Football)

I came here for the Paeroa highland games and tattoo, it was a fantastic place and everyone there was also happy with the location.If you are going to be having an even it the area this is a great location handy to shops and destinations north, west, east and south as well as famous locations close by.The paeroa highland games & tattoo is a fantastic annual event that sees people from all over the North Island of Scottish ancestry/interest in Scotland come to celebrate.There are clan displays, stalls from various Scottish shops, wood chopping competition, solo piping competition, pipeband competition, heavyweight highland games competition and a junior highland games competition plus others performances.At the end off the day everyone comes together with all the pipe bands and other performers putting on a great entertaining show.

Loved seeing local people supporting their own community.

Just the best place for the Tattoo. My only gripe is getting into the place. Long way to walk with chairs & picnic dinner to (I think) one of two places to get entry. Parking!?! Horrendous. Entertainment was great. Susan Prentice & The Harmonious Resonators. Pipes as usual were magical. The competitions, throwing the Caber & 2x 50kg weights thrilled the crowds. Lots of stalls, delicious food. A great night out for $20. Less for Gold Card

Attend the Paeroa Highland Tatto annual. Great atmosphere brings a tear to the old Scottish eye. The organisers can take a bow here.

Was very happening look forward for more events

Thames Valley Athletics was a great success . Well done on all the organization for the day . Awesome

This is a great day out. We have been 5 years in a row and will continue next year.

Paeroa netball courts held the marching display day. Glad the weather held up for us all.

It was great to see so many people enjoying the space

Went to the Highland games..great entertainment. Jiggles the clown. Suzanne Prentice (singer). Cant remember their names.. but singing pirates. Strong man competition. Nice fields with good facilities.
