I discovered this osteo due to my back injury. I had many sessions with my physio but I was still suffering. I had only 2 sessions with James and I was able to go back to pole dance. I’ve just had my 3rd session and I feel really strong. My back still hasn’t completely recovered yet, but we are getting there. I love my osteo sessions, especially the classical music James listens to. It’s very soothing. I recommend this place to everyone.

James is great and very knowledgeable. I have been seeing James for a few months now for my chronic back pain and I feel that it really makes a difference. 100% recommended.
