Fantastic service with very friendly staff. We arranged our Milford Track transport with them and they organised seamless logistics for it (and even had our bags directly delivered to the Milford Lodge, waiting for us there for our relaxing stay after the hike). Highly recommended.

Loved working with Fiordland ourdoors on our Milford trek. Did a lot of pre-trip research on what to do with our bags on the trip, once in country phoned up Fiordland outdoors and they offered bag storage for 5$ per bag, much more reasonable than the airport lockers at Queenstown. Every time I called from within NZ, I got a quick phone pickup with exceptional service.Only reason not a 5 star review was the last day of the Milford trek we hiked fast to try and get some time before our bus back to check out the actual view of the sound. When we got off our shuttle with over an hour to spare, we were taken to the hotel versus being able to walk over for the view. We ended up hoofing it over from the hotel for a view- but for the early finishers would have been great if we were encouraged to check out the actual Milford sound view before settling in to wait for the bus home.

I have never used a company where ALL of it’s employees are simply happy to be there and be doing what they’re doing.I’m not going to talk about “service” here as what they do is beyond just good service.If you want to get in touch with positive, motivated and passionate people who will always greet with you with a smile and will be more than happy to go the extra mile for you, then use Fiordland Outdoors.A +++++

Booked with them for our transport to and from Te Anau and for the start and finish of the Kepler Track. It was great that we could consolidate all of our transport needs into one big booking. The staff at Fiordland Outdoors was so patient with me when I made a blunder with my booking - they were also quick to respond to our queries and were very helpful at sorting things out.The transport companies that we had traveled with were always on time, we had very lovely and funny staff to take us to and from our destination safely. Would definitely book with them again for our next adventure in the area!

Fantastic service and company. I made multiple changes on the lead up to my trek and Fiordland Outdoors were quick to respond and helped out. I even made a change while on track and they made it happen. 10/10 would book again.

The team at Fiordland Outdoors were amazing! I organised a group of 24 runners to run Milford in one day. Shelley and her colleagues made everything simple, with great communication and helpful suggestions. We had one mishap on the day where a runner got injured and needed to return to the start. With one message on our inReach, the team were waiting for her at Sandfly Point, organised a medic to see her at the lodge at the other end and arrange transport back to Te Anau. Amazing customer service!

What an AMAZING experience. This is the second trip where Fiordland Outdoors arranged everything from pick up in Queenstown, transfers (on time) and even held our bags whilst we tramped. We exited early and just called them and they even dropped our bags to the hotel in Te Anau. Nothing better than to shower and have clean clothes thanks to the team and their amazing service.
