I absolutely love going to this place way better than the other beauty salons that I’ve been too unlike the other places they have great customer service and well cheap to me prices as a lovely lady name ( Niti kaur ) went above and beyond for me I don’t usually go on a Thursday night but I am really happy I did and will continue too, I hope the lovely lady get a paid rise as well best regards to Niti kaur !

I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted by Mandeep, (tinting is not something I usually get done but she reassured me they'd look good) and she was absolutely right! She did an amazing job and I'm impressed. I'll definitely be going back to just see her!

Jass in botany is the best technician I’ve ever been to. 5 minutes is all it takes and it’s the best quality job ever!! She takes into account your face shape and size every time and there’s never any fuss!! Love her work highly recommend xx

Rubina's in Botany is absolutely notorious for waxing your brows off completely. Both myself and three family members have had the exact same experience with the exact same lady. After specifically telling her to please not touch my actual brows as I just wanted a tidy up of the excess hair, she STILL went ahead and threaded them into the thinnest lines (which she has now done twice to me). Absolutely awful, do not come here if you like nice full brows!

Jass is the best when it comes to eyelash extensions and my brows offcourse. Have been getting my brows and lashes done from her for almost an year now. She is a highly talented woman.

honestly awful, went to get my eyebrows done today in the botany store and i’ve left with a botched face. My eyebrows look terrible. The tint is nowhere similar to the shape of my natural eyebrows and look boxy, too big and uneven. For the price i could have just gone and bought my own tint and could have done a better job myself at home. Honestly is you don’t want botched eyebrows, don’t go to this place.

$21 to get brows threaded - double/triple what you would pay elsewhere and really rude service. The lady was impatient and short with me and sighed many times when I wasn't holding the right part of my eye.

Been here twice so far! Each time the staff have been so lovely and listened to my queries. I’ve had some really bad experiences lately with getting my brows done and I have told them that because I get really bad anxiety when it comes to getting them done. But the ladies here were absolutely lovely. So kind and caring. I will definitely be coming back, they have a gained a customer forever. (this is at the botany town centre location)
