Overall as a buyer, we had a good experience with Jane and her colleague. We often felt like she was always in a rush which kind of makes you feel like you have to rush everything too, but big decisions need to be well considered. We enjoyed having Collective as our agents, especially Jane who is very experienced, tries to find a positive angle on things and has a great understanding of our market (Porirua). Even selling at a time when prices were declining, we got a great result for our property. Collective’s fees and commission are in line with other agencies, so no surprises or hidden costs. There were times where we needed some extra work to achieve the sale and Jane was collaborative and followed through. While everyone needs to do their own research for a real estate agency, I recommend seeing if Collective is right for you.
