As a boutique accommodation provider when the spa heater goes down it is a real issue. With a lock down in Auckland it meant there was no servicing, parts or new spa heater available. These guys went above and beyond to get us up and going again within a day with some kiwi can do innovation. So appreciate the effort by them. Thanks guys. Waihi Beach Paradise Resort

Very helpful. Do pool and spa tests, give good advice and have a wide range of products. If you need a filter ring ahead and they will order in for you if not in stock.

Rude owner/manager! Just hung up the phone on me when I was inquiring about a service that was not requested or done properly. I told him on the phone we would appreciate someone coming out to fix it up...apparently not! Would not recommend this company at all!

Good technical service but GRUMPY. I was early but they had opened the doors. I was not in a hurry and made that clear when they explained they were still setting up. I had not had a water test before so when they asked me for my name I gave it, then asked what will you be sending me?" This was ignored so I asked again

Very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. No over-sell. Just the right products for your situation.2nd visit not good. was quoted a price for a filter and when went to collect the cost was higher as they had forgotten to include the GST in the quoted price. when i questioned it i got a mumbled sorry. contacted them again to express disatisfaction and ask the legality of not honouring a quoted price. had no further response from them. Wont be back. Avoid.Incorrect response from the owner. I did not ask for an estimate, I asked how much the filter would cost. I was told $42.65 as the sales person was looking at the item on-screen - that would be a very accurate estimate if that were in fact the case. Who asks for an estimate when they are buying something like a pool filter? Nonesense. The difference was around $7 which as per previous was the GST content you forgot to add when you told me the price. Really if you are going to respond to a review on a mistake you made just appologise.

These guys are all amazing!!! Reliable and dedicated staff members. Really helped us out of a jam when we had my daughter's pool party coming up and our pool water was not co-operating. These guys sorted it straight away and saved the day! They have continued a regular water testing and reporting schedule which is keeping our pool amazing all summer. Highly recommend this whole team!
