I highly recommend FIX HR!I’m not one to write reviews usually, but FIX HR have blown me away with their impeccable service.As a busy business owner I required urgent action on an HR matter, I attempted you make contact with a company I've used in the past, I called three times, left three voicemails and I had no response.Luckily I found Fix HR Via google. The phone call was answered quickly and I had a fantastic conversation with one of their team who offered some incredible advice, which was followed by phone call 10 minutes later from director who set up a meeting with me the following day. I instantly felt relief and comfort knowing the matter would be dealt with in a promt manner. After two meetings in 48 hours, they have given fantastic advice and created a great outcome for our business.One thing that stuck with me, was the advice to stick to strict time limits, so our bill with them didn't break the bank. This was hugely appreciated as other companies I have dealt with have drawn basic tasks processes out in order to bill more hours.We will certainly be using FIX HR moving forward.
