I was towed by the AA after my Mazda CX5 broke down 30 k's north of Taupo. It wasn't an easy fix and it did require a part to be sent by Mazda. That in itself provided problems as it was in the week leading up to Easter and Mazda decided to pick that week to stop sending out any parts due to a computer upgrade. As a result I had to spend 3 days in a motel and just keep hoping it would be fixed soon. In the end it wasn't able to be fixed and Central Motors were very generous in finding me a loan car to get me home in time for Easter. I have to say that after a wobbly start the staff really did pull out everything to help me get back home. The outcome was that the car was eventually fixed after the part was eventually sent by Mazda.

15000K service, everything was itemized as to what they did and overall very happy with the service.

Held my car for 4 months and gave it back not running because they could find a part that took a 2 minute Google search to find

Had an issue with my ranger cutting out when driving it. Saturday morning rang central motor group Taupo, hoping there service department was open to see if someone could look at it. Spoke to a lovely young lady Kim on the phone, told her what was happening, and she said bring it down and we will have a look at. Landon and mark looked over the vehicle and found what the issue was. They were able to fix the problem with no hassle and I was back on the road again. Thank you very much for the great service and no hassle approach and friendly service.

Just purchased a new mustang from them. Their delivery guy was amazing and caring but a shame he didn't know anything about the car! The salesperson seems more interested in making the sale and then doesn't respond to questions.
