The people here were very helpful. They never rushed me, and helped me do a online application, I am not computer savy so they assisted me, great teamwork.

These guys are all volunteers and put in a great effort. They get poor funding and minimal resources but really care about their clients. I know this because I'm one of them.

Very friendly staff :) I got a bit lost trying to find the place but it’s in the public library in the second floor to your left if you’re coming from the escalator.

You helped me during the second lockdown as I was having problems with my resurgence subsidy. I was afraid of making complaints because I'm an immigrant and I thought I had little chance to be heard. This was a few months ago, and I never had the opportunity to go back to the office and tell you THANK YOU face to face.I don't remember your names, but you have marked my life, I was living a hard moment and you helped me a lot. I can realise how much you care about the others and the passion you put to your work, I will never forget this. You're great!

When in doubt go and meet them. Amazing volunteers helping people in need. I went to get clarity on tenancy rules and New Zealand policy, they helped me well.

Went there for a JP signature. Very friendly atmosphere although it can be a bit difficult to actually find the place. Hours are a bit restrictive but nothing worth complaining about.
