Highly recommended!!! Best dentist!!!Dr Dave is such an amazing dentist alone with his great team. From the moment you walk into the clinic you are given reassurance you are in safe hands. Nicole makes you feel very welcomed and Dr Dave's assistant Lisa is such a wonderful person and takes care of you.From my first consultation to the last procedure of tooth implant everything went so smoothly. Dr Dave kept explaining every process step by step. And as said in my culture Dr Dave surely has god gifted hands as most part of my treatment felt pain free.I cant thank him enough for the whole experience. Thank you Dr Dave!!

By far the best dentist I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. I came across Natural smile by luck, it had been a while since I'd seen a dentist and while looking I received a flyer through the letterbox. Upon my first phone call everything went smooth. Firstly is the communication, always clear & honest. When I had my initial consult with Dave 2.5 years back I felt at ease with everything and never felt under pressure. One of my first appointments was having a crown. As it was my first ever crown I was very nervous but being able to get everything done in one day was amazing. Dave even has the machine in house that designs the new tooth(Crown) so being able to watch the process was very professional. Secondly Dave enabled me to pay weekly prior to the appointments which made it easier to afford. Lastly I thought it was a great addition to see before and after photos of each tooth to show the change. The experience & professionalism in this practice is nothing less than 5 star.

Dave and his team offer excellent service with a warm and welcoming environment. I had my first dental implants put in and found the whole experience to be painless and stress-free. Helpful explanation of what will be done updates along the way and gentle follow-up after each session. I recommend Dave's team highly and trust your experience will be similar to my own.

I was recommended to Natural Smile by a family member after asking around for a local friendly Dental Practice.Dr Dave and the team at Natural Smile have created a clinic with an unwavering level of care and put me at ease immediately.I was relieved to have Dr Dave set out a treatment plan for me to help prioritize the work I needed, balancing the costings associated with the work really helped me stay on top of what was a (dentist wise) neglected set of teeth.I have since had numerous procedures from fillings, hygienist cleaning to a root canal and the overall experience has been pretty much pain free and always with the end goal to preserve my teeth's lifespan and integrity.During the past two years covid pandemic, Natural Smiles professional communications and level of care has been as consistent and caring as its pre-covid care. Dr David Richards attended to my dental appointment with absolute professionalism & I am delighted with one of two appointments for crowns. Explanation, photos & all around demeanour was outstanding. I could not recommend a better dentist in the eastern bays & easy parking. Lisa, his nurse delightful making me feel very at ease. Top marks from me.

I broke a crown while in quarantine in Auckland and had a small window of time to get it fixed before heading to the Bay of Islands. After researching and reading reviews I felt quite comfortable with this dentistry and made an appointment. Every step of the way, the process went smoothly from the check-in at the front desk to the making of a new crown in less than an hour. Dave was superb, explaining everything he was about to do and gave me a full review of what I should do for ongoing maintenance of my teeth. Would highly recommend to anyone whether for a crown or any other treatment and I don't make recommendations lightly.
