Extremely easy to deal with highly recommend.

I had a claim after a car driver knocked me off my motorbike. The car driver originated denied liability but Classic Cover interviewed a witness and the car driver then admitted liability. A great effort so thanks

Dont answer claims phone but answer quotes phone.Dont answer emails at all and not just over holiday period either and waiting to be paid for accepted claim to repairer over two months ago, classic cover is not special,

Be very careful if you are thinking about covering you're classic car with this company. I have been trying to settle a claim for over a year with them and their underwriters, NZI. If, in the event of an accident, you want your pride and joy to be assessed and repaired as a normal everyday vehicle, then take out the policy. If you expect your vehicle to be returned to pre accident condition without having to fork out a great deal of money yourself, then this is not the company to be insured with. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company. After being a client for over 10 years without a claim, I expected a lot more!

If you are a younger car enthusiast wanting to insure your classic with these guys you will be out of luck. It says on their website they will consider under 25s if they have a clean licence but I was flat out refused service. My car is also very well cared for and factory standard. Very disappointing after hearing good things from others.

Haven't had to file a claim with these guys, hopefully I won't ever have to.But I can tell you that their customer service is great, they understand modified cars and I would recommend them to any one of my car enthusiast friends.I have had pretty bad experiences with AAnother insurance company and it makes me even more grateful for the team at Classic Cover!
