PET/CT main entrance has parking right outside. Staff were helpful, private room with comfortable chair while waiting for infusion to work. The scan itself is not daunting, and staff explain what is happening well.Had a second PET-CT, and same as above :-)

Overall very professional. I had to change clinics due to impending cyclone, and as I was from out of town postponing may have impacted treatment schedule. This was accomplished by them despite the impact the cyclone was having on their operations.

Highly professional. If you had any worries these were immediately discussed. Word of advice ..... don't use your cell phone as while trying to delete old files as a way of filling in time after I had the isotope injected I fried it. It refused to start up again and at the repair shop they were unable to assist in any way.

My husband Bill, said he received professional and helpful advice from all their staff. His scan was a lot easier than he anticipated within good facilities. Car parking though was a little difficult and unfortunately we happened to be there when their two cafe's were closed for the week! It would have been helpful to have received an email regarding this prior to our appointment. Overall great.

First time experience.The team are absolutely amazing, they made me feel so at ease, explained everything and were so friendly. The private room had a nice comfy chair and the scan was nowhere near as daunting as I thought it was going to be. You are in good hands with these guys. Thank you so much for being so amazing.
