Lovely vet, we bring our very anxious cavalier here and they team do their best to accommodate her! Very glad we picked them as our vet.

Very expensive and hidden costs. About double other vets I've visited. Not happy with the service either.

Very happy with the service they have provided so far. Was really nice that they called up 3 weeks after just to ask how Nala was going and if there was any concerns with the steroid medication she was prescribed

Amazing caring team who gave our dog great care. Then when we had to have our dog put to sleep they were so patient, kind and caring with the process. Definitely recommend this vet.

Fabulous service!First time visit as have had to change clinics, is local for us, but had come with recommendations, and well deserved after our experience today.Jacob was super friendly on the phone when making an appointment, we were able to get in early which we didn't expect, we were greeted warmly on arrival, our wait wasn't long, all staff were busy but they acknowledged everyone that came through the door.The consult was with Tony and he was amazing with our Pippi.Enthusiastic, energetic and reassuring.All the staff we encountered today were wonderful, and professional when a disgruntled pet owner, could have used their own common sense, rather than lay the blame on staff who were doing their job.... dealing with frontline and a phone constantly ringing.We will pass on our recommendations of this team after our positive experience today.Thank you

Our dog Pippa had an emergency yesterday and Mallori and the team at Vetlife New Brighton were able to see and help Pippa on short notice. Thank you very much. Pippa is recovering very well.

Very happy how Winnie's visit went this morning. Tommy was wonderful with my anxious, snappy old girl. The reception we got when we arrived was very friendly and we felt cared for and listened to. Thanks guys.
