pretty disappointed.I've been there before with my friend but yesterday we went and was told to come back in an hour and a half Wich we didn't mind! but they should of told us to come back another day. it was a very rushed job, they were pretty rough with our hands and instead of just asking us to adjust would yank our fingers in ways they aren't meant to move. they filed our skin and it even bled after on my friends cuticle. the painting on my friends nails weren't so bad but it's very patchy and textured on mine.just disappointed that a Christmas mall voucher was used for one of our sets that wasn't up to the usual standard.

I can not explain how horrible this place is.I got my gel extensions removed here today. The lady doing my nails used a fake nail to dig under my extensions and rip them off. When she was unable to do that to one of my nails she used a drill and broke my natural nail on that finger. I ended up with 5 nails where she had damaged my natural nail. I asked for a round shape and she barley filled it, it looks horrible and looks like I just painted my nails with top coat. During while she was doing my nails I went to wash my hands and she started cutting her own nails.Another lady that did my friends nails also put polish on her hand and didn’t remove it.

Had my nails and eyebrows done here. Nails look great. But they used wax far too low and tore off skin under my eyebrow and my eyebrows look awful. Do not get eyebrows done here.

I got SNS tips done today by Angel. She did an amazing job and I’m so so happy. Last time I had my nails done else where it was a nightmare and I was nervous to do it again because good nails don’t come cheap! But Angel did a fantastic job and was so gentle. Will definitely be going back to see her next time. Thank you very much

amazing experience! had french tip acrylics done by the new manager and they are so pretty, she painted the tip on so nicely!! very nice service and overall pleasant experience with nice outcome

Amazing service and amazing work! I had a pedicure and manicure done by two very lovely ladies. The leg massage was amazing and the manicure perfect! They didn’t rush the service, they took the time and paid great attention to detail to ensure they provided an excellent service. Thank you!

$40 for a Spa Pedicure. I love that I could ring and book an appointment within the hour. They are always busy but tend to stick to the appointment times (give or take a few minutes). They are quite rushed so it definitely doesn't have the Spa experience" care but I think it's fair value."

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Kelly for doing these amazing nails! She was so lovely and even introduced me to the Gelish tips. Will be getting these tips every time now!! Highly recommend Kelly if you can book with here!!
