I placed my order online and the correct unit was in my Waitakere mailbox less than thirty hours later. The total cost to me was 60% of that quoted to me in Auckland! How can such a service be improved?

I needed to replace a water filter cartridge and decided to purchase this from NZ Pump and Water Filters. John was extremely prompt and most helpful in providing guidance on which product to buy, then sending the product to me so that it reached me in 3 days and also providing guidance on how to install it properly (which was particularly important to me as my DIY skills are very limited at best).
