I've been a loyal customer for years, and we are now cut off the internet until the payment shows up, we were not informed of a faster way to pay, and have evidence that we had until the 29th to pay it. On top of all of that the fiber connection is just as bad as the old connection, complete scam

ONE star for ONE New Zealand. Useless team who only replies to their reviews with automated responses. 777 and your email are useless. It's either a bot or a foreigner answering me and I am on the phone for hours with no outcome. I only support the CEO's comments about the NRL reffs, other than that, youre useless.

The service people were great, but I and others waited over twenty mins to be served as there were only two staff on. The issue I had re hardware was resolved so I'm happy with that

Service was ok but when I left the store and went home I realized the sales person had given me only a receipt for my top up but no top up voucher! Will have to go back to the store today which is out of my way at a busy time for me. Pity it wasn't sorted on my first visit.

I had an issue with my SIM. I called 777 / chatted Hana online numerous times. Every time I was asked to go store. I went to the store on Sunday, being promised to resolve issue, no later than Tuesday. I went to the store today before it closed. The issue wasn't resolved completely. I was promised again to fix the remainder issue by tomorrow. I'm sure sure if I need to visit the store again. Not a pleasant experience. Hence give one star rating.

Gabriel was super speedy getting my signed up to my plan and was able to help with all of my questions. Kept his cool under pressure even when there was a large line with lots of forms to have me sign. I'd definitely come back here.

Really impressed with the service by Dylan at Vodafone St Lukes' branch. I have an inactive NZ number due to being in Australia and haven't used my NZ number for a long time. Dylan was very helpful and gave me a temporary sim to use while he reached the Vodafone team to fix my original number. Happy how he helped troubleshoot my issue and had a followup. Vodafone team please acknowledge Dylans good work!
