Rubbish service. I wanted a small job done... it took longer than it should have, there is nowhere to sit while waiting. I was greeted eventually... at the service desk, the receptionist was not friendly. The young guy that finally did the job was rude when I asked about matching oppositions pricing. They definitely DON'T match price with competition and I was charged $3 extra per cut over another companies quote. When I went to pay I had a cash amount and the rest had to go on EFTPOS which the guy actually complained about - saying it would be easier for him if I could do it all on the card... Wow. I work in retail, the customer IS always right. I don't recommend them at all.The only reason I went there in the first place is because they had a car park outside.

I rang up James bull because I lost my keys for my car we sorted out a time to meet,Technician Chris came out to meet my at my car really good bloke, good yarns and a professional at his craft,Made a couple keys up for me in a timely manner and we were both on our way.Good quality.

Highly recommended! I had an issue with door lock on my van. These guys sorted it out the next day in the morning I showed up and for not even half of the price I was told in other locksmith!

They had a New Premises with No stock on Display I asked if they were gonna have A Showroom displaying Products & items available to there Customers and the answer was No. Not helpful at All & Staff Lacked knowledge Skill & Experience So I left that Site & Went to Ross Galt Locksmith in Kingsley Street Sydenham and they were Excellent, So that's where I'll be going in the Future.

Glenn the workshop manager is an ACE! couldn't fully sort out my issue with a vehicle but did 50% of the work for free non the less and put me onto the right people to finish the job. Definitely would recommend to all A+++++++++.

Service and prices very good. Current renovations need staff to tell phone-in customers that they've relocated along the street ... plus a sign with arrows on the fence (not the pavement). No waiting room or chair so hard for people with disabilities.

If your looking for a locksmith l would go no further. I had the wonderful Adrian come out to fix my door lock and install some security latches and a dead bolt. So friendly nothing was a problem and the job was done quickly and efficiently. I can’t speak highly enough of James Bull and Adrian , the pricing was great too. Highly recommend.
