Poor service lack of communication and just down right rude No body talks to coustomers or potential. I am mentaly impared and and one of the side affects or this is idedic memory.Steve you told me ill be in Contact to pick up truck around 4.30pmCalled me at 10am saying ur truck is here. I was busy at the time. Perhaps if we could of agreed on a time that suits both client and customer than we wouldn't be in this situationThe desk lady obviously hates her lot in life she's depressed ,rude has no common sense and she hates working there. No body communicated whith you or me and I had to call again a 6th time just to get any reply or even a ph call back after days. I need this money for my bond and I feel like yell were rude as hell
