Large, clean, tidy store. That's because staff spend their time doing everything else but serving customers. There seems to be a policy of not asking customers if they need help. Staff walked around never asking myself nor other customers if they could assist.

I buy my shoes here and still constantly complain I can never get more than 6mths wear from a pair, but I still go back. I know you get what you pay for and I know I'll get at least 6mths wear so I buy two pair. Somewhere in there is logic, not sure what it is but when I enter the shop that saying runs through my head on a loop. Always good service and happy polite staff.

We needed shoes and slippers for our 3 yr old grandson, so came across this shop. Didn't take long to find some that we liked for fit, look and price, and our grandson just liked. He didn't care about price. When we went to pay we got a shock... a pleasant one. The 2 pairs cost us $20 less then we expected to pay.

Dorothy at the Henderson store was such a big help. Was very patient and understanding! I had a large order and thanks to her I was able get it all in one go. Great customer service, awesome team at Henderson!

Huge shoe store, place is tidy, the older lady was helpful in finding what we were after. We had a gift card to use but was told some story about your system being new and wouldnt accept it and management not accepting gift cards, idk if this info being passed on was true. We did call customer service and was told any stores in West City accept it, maybe the guy didnt know how to process the transaction.

Bad service from the manager. I bought 2 shoes in the westgate but I couldn't take the right size what I wanted so a working staff already checked the stock from the westcity mall. She recommended me that I can change the size in the westcity but when I tried talking to westcity working staff who didn't know that and she asked to manager. When I tried describing before she said What's wrong???" so I wanted telling what happened but she didn't want to listen what I said and then she said " I didn't get the answer." It was very very bad and rude customer service. She must change her job or reduce her position. It's really horrible behavior. 5th Nov Sunday."

Good prices were way better than they were ,now with Hannah's, 60 dollars got me nice leather short boot for going out.
