Finally Oamaru has a pharmacy that is open 7 days a week!!! Thank you. Excellent range of products at reasonable prices. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended as your one stop shop for your prescriptions, health and beauty products.

Organization lacking for Booster shot. After waiting for 1 hour we left. Too man in the queue booked for the same time and too much admin detail when it should all be in the digital covid site. One person to do all this.

Wonderfully, caring and compassionate team. Each have had to adjust to the conditions and constraints around Covid and they have done superbly. We all had to learn a new norm and the team at Oamaru Pharmacy have been hit hard with their workload. Despite this, they have excelled in their service and do their absolute best to go out of their way to help us customers. I would highly recommend the Oamaru Pharmacy to everyone. A little more kindness from us customers goes a long way when these people have also had to cope with a lot. Thank you team. You're all amazing.

Dreadful, even after responding to an email, via the doctor to the pharmacy, and asking when you will pick up your prescription and giving 7 hours notice the meds are not ready for pick! Last time we waited 45 minutes to collect. Missed an important meet up that couldn't be rescheduled. Surely there must be a better way to do this! Now they are saying they never recieved it! The queue is 12 people long!

Useless online service. Sold 'out of stock' items and took money upfront when not able to supply. No reply to email for 3 days. Have chased via phone and further email. Don't order online - they don't have this well organised at all.
