The Warehouse Greymouth

I went to purchase furniture that was advertised in store and it wasn't there. I ordered the furniture in store and paid for it. Upon payment the lady asked for an extra $20 as she had processed my my order as a click and collect.I had to argue that I should not be charged as the items should have been in store already.Further down the track I've been eagerly awaiting for and email to say that my items have arrived so I decided to call the store and got Sharon who answered the phone. When she asked for my order number i asked where I could find it ( on the receipt). She was quite rude and just said on the receipt".... She said my stuff was there and I asked for how long it had been there and she just hung up on me.For such a large business

You can allways fine a good bargain in the warehouse. And some interesting things you weren't looking for . Groceries a touch dearer than the supermarkets.

Every one knows what The Warehouse chain does. This is a full warehouse with everything. Stationary, entertainment, gardening, camping, electric items, clothes and many more. There is a Countdown right in front of it, a Mobile fuel, and Subway at a close proximity. Plenty of onsite parking allocated for the shopping complex. Customer service from the cashier was good enough.

Toilet needs attention. Otherwise a reasonable place.

Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful, the gentleman collecting the trolleys outside is another story. He collected some trolleys today and let half of them run all over the place one trolley ran into the parking area striking my vehicle and the one parked next to mine. He did not even have the decency to apologize for it happening.

Disappointed with your Christmas Club. Every year I save and have around $1500 to spend come Christmas. The problem is you still haven't moved with the times to allow it to be used to purchase goods online. I live in Greymouth and the majority of things I want to buy aren't available in that store. Also, a lot of your good deals are only available online. So i still have to use other funds to purchase these items and have trouble spending the money on my Christmas Ckub. This will be the last year I save through your Christmas Club.

Pretty much the same offerings with all other Warehouses in nz, but I notice slight differences in designs between those in different cities and this is no different. Small case in point - I saw Tigger and Eeyore designs in the women’s sleepwear section here, but in Dunedin I saw only the Pooh design.

Recently I went to the Warehouse in Greymouth to look for a little table for my elderly father to eat on.The staff member Catherine who served me was terrific ,and showed me a a neat little tray with legs on it, like a tv dinner tray . I was delighted to buy it for about 21 dollars.Excellent customer service! Andrew
