Fabulous experience from start to finish, from the showroom with Sharyn, who was super helpful and honest and helped us choose the best spa for us, then online to organise payment and delivery. Delivery was excellent and the spa has been a dream to set up. Loving our new spa and can highly recommend the Alpine Spa team!

We love our Matterhorn spa! It is so nice to relax in after a busy day. It is easy to maintain and the instruction manual is easy to follow. The excellent sales lady recommended we buy this model. The customer service has been great always get any queries answered quickly. We love the beautiful quality robes and towels!We are very happy! Thank you Alpine Spas.

I didn't really know too much about sauna's, but given I had an amazing experience when I chose an Alpine Spa last year, I opted for an Alpine Sauna. Thankfully, it was the right choice. The Oslo sauna was the perfect size for my gym. I've been using it to recover after weight training to great effect. Very happy indeed.

We recently purchased a spa and sauna from Alpine. We had the pleasure of having Taylor Coleman as our salesperson and he was nothing less than exceptional. The before, during and after sales service has far surpassed our expectations. The responsiveness and communication was most impressive (and we had a lot of questions!). We are absolutely thrilled with our new spa and sauna. We have owned other brands of spa pools over the years and shopped around a lot for this one. We certainly won't be going anywhere else in the future. High quality products, brilliant service, great pricing. All in all, a fantastic experience. Big thanks to Taylor and the team.

Searching online for my wifes Christmas pressie I saw Alpine Spas and after comparing their models and pricing to others decided to visit the Penrose location. Instore I browsed and spoke with an awesome saleswoman and walked away after getting a great deal on a Vermont spa with some awesome freebies thrown in. We have been in the pool almost every night since the 24th December, even better soaking in it when its raining. I am impressed with the initial communication and follow up from all of their staff including the dispatch team in ChCh during the entire process and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a spa.
