As you walk into the store the produce department looks very low on stock. Lots of gaps on the shelves and generally untidy merchandising. Not a great shopping experience.

Omg. If this was the first countdown I had ever been in, I'd never go into another again. Half the shelves were empty. Staff were throwing boxes of products off pallets on the floor. There was not 1 isle that didn't have boxes all along the floors. Place was dirty staff were rude and looked unhappy. 0/5

Place for all your food needs . Lots of options , well stocked. Bakery items were fresh , with an in-house bakery. Cold cuts and other meats were seen as well on display. Staff was helpful. It’s useful if you carry your own grocery shopping bag. Reasonable amount of parking available.

The online shopping app is great an the job that the staff do is excellent but when these hackers get into ur account an go change ur quantity off things you order an thin try an mess it all up when you click on checkout to pay they keep messing everything up an makes ya just Wana give it up

Crikey. Woolworths needs to invest some of its billion dollar profits back into these stores. It has everything you want but the store looked somewhat tired. Great pastries.

Fresh and cheap products. Helpful and friendly staff. Countdown card gives you great savings. Also has a great selection at the bakery and deli.

Staff members are attentive, friendly and very helpful. Stock most of your daily needs though sometimes they might ran out of some items or brands. Layout were mostly great with a few unusual spots. Plenty of parking spaces, though I love it that it's very accessible by foot.

The store is not huge, but they carry a great selection of fresh, dried and organic produce (fruit, nuts, vegetables). They also have a large variety of breads, including pizza loafs(?), deli meats, juices, and other food essentials, and plenty of storage, serving and cookware supplies. It seems this will be our go to store while we are visiting Nelson!

Not much has changed over the years.But does need more checkouts open.When I was in there only two + the one at the service desk were open.Unfortunately the person at service desk had gone walk about.
