The best thing about Harveys Whangarei is the staff - they are really helpful and every time I have visited the store have had a positive experience and come away with just the right purchase. Living in Northland choices are limited compared to Auckland, but Harveys Whangarei offer a comprehensive range which will provide most solutions.

Highly recommend. We can't thank Deborah Harland enough for her expertise and advice. She steered us in the right direction when choosing curtains and blinds for our 1930's villa. She is an expert in her field. We had very positive dealings with all the staff we came into contact with at Harvey Furnishing Whangarei. All are well trained, professional and friendly. Kyle the fitter was amazing too. Thank you all so very much for a great job and service :)

I have received fantastic service from this store. I make particular reference to Lynette who has been a total Godsend! Lynette has put up with me (and my husband), both novice curtain buyers and assisted us right the way through this daunting process from selection, full advice and then to purchase. All done over the phone to New Plymouth. I am now awaiting my purchase, fully confident that all my lounge curtains will fit and look fantastic. Thank you so much Lynette - you deserve a pay rise! :-)

Terrible after sales service from this company following the installation of faulty shutters which were paid for in full. Trying to get a refund but given the run around, phone calls and emails not returned. Will have to pursue through FairGo. Avoid this company, they do not care about their customers.

I chose Harvey Furnishings because all my previous purchases of curtains and blinds come from Harvey's plus that's what they specialise in, so I was hoping they can give me some good advice and service.They were advertising 30-40% off all ready made curtains, which inspired me to get some Blockout curtains and get a good deal.I bought 4 pairs of Voile ready mades and 2 pairs of Macro Blockout ready mades. When I checked my receipt I noticed that I was charged full price.Normally when 30-40% is discounted, it's off the ticket price, so when you pay for it, your receipt will show you what the original price was and what the final discounted price is.
