Very helpful sales lady at Northwest. I took ages trying on different styles & she was very patient. Had some lovely glasses so took me a while to decide. It was great that there was a sale on so that was a bonus.

Brilliant service. Very extensive knowledge of products. Assistant had a brilliant attitude and her customer interaction needs to be taken on by a few other companies. Can’t fault the service, choice and range of goods, and the discount was just that little added bonus to my first purchase of designer sunglasses.

Really annoying that the kiosk didn't keep the hours advertised. Went there on 23/12 and arrived at 8:45pm and it was closed. Very unsatisfied!

Very poor service. The person who was in the store seemed too keen to wipe the glasses and keep them in rather than helping us with choosing a glass.

Usually when I go here the kiosk attendants don’t really have the time of day for me and tend to just ignore me. However, was here on Saturday and the person I was dealing with was amazing. I tried on glasses that I knew didn’t suit my face but she pointed it out and then pulled out a few different pairs of glasses at different price points for me to try on, great customer service. The brands they sell are good quality and they have a nice range
