Amazing experience! Incredible customer service! We went in to buy a child’s seat for a bike while on holiday and were shown two options, as we were on holiday we didn’t have any tools and the guy kindly offered us some to install it ourselves and if we were unsuccessful offered for us to bring it in and he would do it for us. A great selection of helmets too. Thanks very much!

Great friendly service, heaps of advice, and they don't rip you off! I've always been surprised at how what they charge is under what I've budgeted. Knowledgeable too. I'm doing up an old 3 speed, and they've been so helpful.

Awesome store, great size but not a chain so they aren't limited with what they choose to stock. The guys and girls here are clearly bike-mad - good advice comes in on top over the sale which I really appreciated, and their knowledge with showing how things work / setting up / attaching roof racks made life a lot easier. Prices are hard to beat too. Cheers

I have had my Specialised E-bike for over 4 years and during a check it was noted that the frame had a small fracture. Panic - both about cost and time off the road. Firstly I was informed that Specialised warranty their frames for life, so I ended up getting a new frame at no cost. Secondly, the expertise shown by the team at the The Hub was excellent. I was unaware of the warranty and while I paid a lot for the bike initially I can now see the benefit of buying a Specialised and dealing with people who are professional and customer focused. Thanks guys.

Best service in town!!! Always nice, helpful, and knowledgeable! And not just out to rip off. Very reasonable in price, especially for repairs and tune-ups. Will do quite a bit for free (e.g. pump up tires, have a quick check of tire pressure, quick adjustments, etc), just because they're awesome! That's what keeps us coming back. It's the first and only place we go to for bike repairs.
