A note to the manager - offer your staff more training, specially new ones on the making of a wrap please. Lovely customer service from the person serving me but had no idea on how to put a wrap together.

Food not to bad however store definitely does need a revamp. The top of my chair came off when I went to sit down which was kinda uncomfortable. This meant I had no longer has a chair. Staff were friendly no complaints their. Couldent see the food inside the containers as the lids were all on. We couldent find parking spot so we had to park in a loading zone. Overall just like a subway literally but it filled is up and we are happy and contented. I love the mozeralla cheese that they serve in the sandwiches.

Pleasantly greeted, service excellent, only down side.....a 15% increase in the price of my foot long 3 pepper chicken...to $18.70!!! This I feel is taking advantage of the 'shortage' of some items to increase the profit margins! Most of the salad ingredients are hydroponically and/or tunnel grown, or imported and not normally affected by weather events. So, sadly, the result of the increase is we will be buying less!

The food was absolutely delicious but the staff was very rude. It was my first experience getting a subway and they were rude, impatient and didn't seem like they were in the mood to help me.

Light on ingredients. Veg delight with avocado.. had to reminder her to put avocado on and she scraped the bottom of container and still barely covered the bread. Asked for spinach … got 7 baby spinach leaves! User same knife at the end to cut in half as previous roll with tuna but scraped it on the bench to get dressing of it on one side. But what got us was rubbing her nose with gloves on while waking to the fridge. Pleasant and courteous staff. Disappointed at the above. So let it all down. Worst subway experience ever had.

Paid for a pork rib wrap, they didn’t put in the meat! Staff were nice, but it seems they need much more training (both the newbie and the guy training her who pretty much made it for her). 2 people, 1 wrap, no meat. Looking at the comments, this store seems to struggle.

Worst subway I’ve ever had, bread was stale and couldn’t even eat it. Bought as passing through on a long road trip, would have taken it back if hadn’t driven so far before started eating it. Disappointing

Being polite friendly welcoming or even interested in one's job does not seem to be the case in this Subway.All i can say is he was rude, unhelpful and needs to pick up his game. I would not employ him for a moment. Did not offer the option of heating the sub, when I told him I wanted it heated, completely ignored me. Seriously what ever happened to customer service???
