Used Shorland Holden/AutoCo a few years ago to perform a pre-purchase inspection & WOF on a car I was purchasing. They completely failed to detect a completely bent lower control arm in the suspension which was very unsafe & also failed WOF inspection one year later with my own reputable mechanic. I would NOT recommend them for any mechanical services as even when I raised a complaint, they behaved arrogantly and denied any responsibility, which leads me to the only other conclusion which is that they are incompetent.
