Excellent service! My son's PS4 crashed and they repaired it, it crashed again and they repaired it, finally it fully crashed and they put in a second hand hard drive...... but didn't charge me much since I'd paid for the first two repairs. I really appreciated this as they could have charged me large for the hard drive but appreciated the fact I had already spent quite a lot, very honest and the PS4 hasn't missed a beat!

Excellent service. I had a phone screen break but phone still working. Difficult to get screen arrived in 3 days and done in a couple of hours. Honest and supplied quality service. Thank you, very happy. And local!

my daughters phone went swimming with her, went in to see if we could get the data off the phpne. The man behind the counter was extremely proffesional and explaned all possable outcomes. they are very reasonably priced every time i have gone into the shop i have always had amazing service, deffenitly reccomend.

Excellent service! Our Apple Mac laptop was making an awful noise and not working. Very professional and efficient service had the problem identified and resolved. Very happy with the outcome and the price was very competitive. Best thing was how quickly it was fixed.Was so nice to have a helpful and friendly person to deal with and great to have this as a local business, instead of having to go into town!Will happily be going back for any tech problems I have in the future.

WINZ APPROVED REPAIRER: Awesome experience. Being on a sickness benefit (unable to work at present) and new to Christchurch I really need my laptop (which suddenly stopped working 2 years ago)... I phoned 'Tech Expert' to ask if they accept WINZ (Work and Income) payments (which they DID) and they fixed my laptop a lot sooner than expected! Communication and Professionalism throughout the whole process was flawless, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for professional Computer and Phone Services and Repairs!! 02/03/2023
