Power and Keane

I can only reiterate the comments below. Power and Keane did an excellent job of cleaning the exterior of our house ensuring all lichen etc was removed. They are a professional team and provided good all round communication both prior and while doing the job. Ben and crew have cleaned our guttering twice now. The gutter at the front of the house is 4.8 m above the ground and fills quickly with needles from some big pine trees next door. They arrive when they say they will, do a thorough job and send us before and after photos when they've finished. The price is good. Highly recommended.

Hannah and Ben were incredibly responsive with their comms which was a great intro to their business. We had ignored our 2nd story gutters for years so the team had their work cut out for them. My request initially to another in this industry took 2 attempts to get a response and after I contacted P & K I had immediate communication and from then on Hannah/Ben and co have been great to deal with. They were happy to alter times to suit us better and provided a professional and customer friendly service spraying part of our roof and carried out some well overdue gutter clearing. Great service. Got a house, window and gutter cleaning done today. Exceeded expectations. They removed all the moss and and green stains on the house. Gutters are properly cleaned out. Even cleaned areas and rubbish away from my inbuilt patio that I wasn't expecting. Will definitely use again and charged a reasonable price.

We have very high 2 story gutter. I had contacted and spoke with many gutter cleaning services to find a service that provides the best method of cleaning and price. I chose Power and Keane Property Wash. We had their service today and here is what I found.Not like many companies cleaning inside of the gutter standing from the ground that cannot see/reach/clean the inside of the gutter properly and not offering water wash, Power and Keane went up to the roof even though it is very high, being equipped professional gears, cleaned inside of the gutter by hand and washed it out with water providing the best cleaning method. I was surprised to see how much stuff they found and removed from my gutter.No job is too small for them. They highly valued me, a residential customer, the same as they would value their large industrial clients i.e. NZ Police and did the job beautifully with a smile. The owner and operator, Ben's fast and reliable communications, him and his team's high work ethic and top quality of the job blew me away. They are so kind, genuine, polite and punctual. No wonder why this company has the perfect review score and full of compliments from their customers without an exception.Here is an advice for his future customers. You would regret if you didn't prepare morning or after tea for them to show your appreciation. You would feel you wouldn't be able to thank them enough. It was my huge blessing to find and have such a wonderful people and tradesmen. I look forward to having Ben and his team again in the future. I strongly recommend them to anyone without hesitance.
