Recommend this veterinary clinic to all my friends. Excellent caring staff who communicate everything so well to you and costs very reasonable. Our dog Dougal loves being there no matter what is happening to him. Great great place. In the last fortnight had to have Dougal treated. Care,compassion and communication to me absolutely excellent. We sincerely hope this is not the case but feel we've been taken advantage of at the clinic. We have been in twice with an issue with our dog and now going in with same issue for a third time. The sessions last about a couple of minutes and we are charged more than $50 at a time. The medication given is either low quantity or quality. We feel this is in hopes of a repeat visit.

Great little vet practice. Lovely people and got some good advice on cat parenting and animal health in general. Expected it to cost a bomb but for vaccination and worm etc was pretty good. Lincoln Village Vets now provider of choice for Ned the cat.

Erratic approach to veterinary care. Rude. Do their absolute best to not be of any help. I needed some simple drops / solution to clean our dogs' ears. I didn't ask for open heart surgery to be done.

Our lovely, now deceased, Border Collies Abby and Teddy were very well cared for by the vet and staff. Words cannot express! Many thanks for your excellent and compassionate service! In my opinion, none better. Also reasonably priced! Many thanks! (We miss you, Aneka and Alex!) Laura and Bert Ward

I had a very distressing incident with the manager of this vet after my 16-year-old cat had to be put to sleep. I’m still very upset by the unkind and unnecessary treatment at a time when empathy and compassion would have been very much appreciated. I will never use this business again.In response to the accusation of abusive and threatening behaviour below. I had asked the vet for an invoice so I could pay via internet banking when I got home because I had left my purse and the process of euthanising our cat had been prolonged and very upsetting. She (fabulous vet) agreed. It was when I came out of the consulting room with my two adolescent children crying I was told I would have to pay immediately. I had to then drive home, leave my kids and drive back to pay a bill I could have paid online. I was upset, and angry. I was not threatening and frankly the attitude of the manager was atrocious which further distressed me. This was a difficult time, a terrible decision we had made for a cat we have loved dearly for 16 years and has left all three of us traumatised. It could all have been avoided if the bill had been given to me as the vet agreed it could be. I work as a nurse, I would never treat a grieving family the way we were treated.

We had an ongoing issue with our dog for 2 years which cost us many dollars each month. We visited Lincoln Village Vets who took swabs sent for analysis and within 2 days of using prescribed medication the issue started to respond. It has now pretty much cleared completely. Great caring service as well.
