The staff are awesome. Products are terrible.Brought $4000 worth of decking timber, got it back to site to use only to find that every single piece of decking tread was cut crooked 145mm width one end 132 at the other (endlessly frustrating when you are building with a square frame)Made the call to mitre 10 to remedy and was told they would contact the supplier and get back to us that day.... that was over a month ago.Not worth the hassle

Seriously, you guys need to hire a better supervisor. This lady, I think Wendy was her name. She was so rude to her coworker who was trying to help me. That poor girl. She was almost in tears, because this HORRIBLE woman decided to humiliate her in front of me for not knowing how the register worked for a new product. Please honestly, just get someone new. She had braids with orange highlights.

In the builder's yard not very helpful and they didn't communicate very well with customer and the young one didn't know how much an inch was and had no intention of finding out. I asked for someone else. Yet inside the shop the staff were totally the opposite and friendly and helpful.I wouldn't go back to that branch again. Someone wants to tell the staff, no customer no job!

Amazing staff, very helpful & informative. Lots of tips & suggestions always gratefully received. A very pleasant shopping experience.Not a big store: as you'd expect they dont have a extensive range of stock like the Mega stores do.

Always shopping here love it! Would definitely recommend better customer service though, usually see them standing around talking more then making sure customers are ok or needing some assistance. Other then that it's amazing

5 stars because this is a small Mitre10 that still survives. It appeared to be well stocked, bright, and clean. Bought two tomatoe planters, a couple of bags of tomatoe mix, and a couple of tomatoe plants.
