Quite possibly the best bespoke facial I have ever received, bliss beauty space holds such a peaceful energy and sweet aroma, the treatment was serene, Charlotte was delicate and understanding of my skin, I am still energized and refreshed days after. Highly recommend!

I'm really busy (full time working mum with 3 kids) and came early for the appointment. She wasn't there but another lady was. She turned up 5 mins late, obviously from having lunch with a friend, and told the other person to go in to the room. Possibly not believing me, she checked her email and saw that she'd made an error- and asked me to wait. I had to ask how long and she said 15 mins... I got flustered and said I probably couldn't use her again, but instead of trying to apologise and do everything she could to sort it, she became very rude, put up her hands, slammed the door saying just go.In short I couldn't trust to not double book me again and her rude reaction doesn't make me think I'd want to use her as a beautician.

I wanted to try derma planning - Awesome treatment - Charlottes technique/skill to remove the debri from my skin with a blade left my skin feeling smooth, fresh & so clean.

I've been visiting Charlotte at Bliss Beauty Therapy regularly since I first moved to NZ in 2011. Even though I've moved out a little further away I still travel to Ellerslie to visit her as her services are worth the trip. Charlotte made me feel comfortable and at ease right away as she is friendly and respectful. Her services are very high standard and her space is beautiful presented. I highly recommend Bliss Beauty Therapy and have referred a friends there in the past.
