An amazing experience at this beautiful store. My beauty therapist was incredible, listened to all my concerns and talked simply through what will work for me. Absolutely no pressure to buy anything or sign up, promoting to finish the products you currently own before purchasing more. The treatment was amazing and I left the store with glowing skin. Very excited to start my journey with Caci.

All the staff are happy and friendly as soon as you walk through the door ! Had a great experience with Selena today, She’s friendly and made me feel 100% comfortable, checking I was okay through the whole appointment. Definitely looking forward to my next appointment

We had an agreement and it wasn't followed as soon as I did the first payment. Was charged as an extra treatment. 100% disappointed. I can't totally review their works assuming I stopped the treatment but the first treatment made any difference (waste of money and time). Anyway just be aware with verbal agreement, write down and be safe.

Not happy at all was told one thing then got something different, I've paid over $700. And it doesn't even look like I had anything done a month later I asked abot the deposit I paid and the extra $340 but was told u have all the money u have paid in ur face botox I'm talking about it's just a rip off not what I thought I was getting for all that money not going back.very unhappy she won't even ring me back.

I love my CACI membership at Papamoa. The ladies are always so welcoming and helpful. I have an amazing therapist who always puts the needs of my skin and mindset first. I always leave feeling beautiful from the inside out after a session with her.

I always find the Caci therapists are kind friendly and helpful, I have enjoyed all of my facials and procedures, I look forward to each appointment. My knowledge of how to care for my skin has grown and I know I am using quality products daily to get the best results.
