I recently had a full pamper package at Face & Body and felt so relaxed afterwards! After my facial, my skin was glowing for days as well. I will definitely be back for more treatments and highly recommend this place whether you’re getting a massage, facial, spray tan or pedicure, it’s all fabulous!

Awful experience. A total waste of my money. Everyone came across nice enough but the hair colour I was given was not at all what I asked for, I asked for a pastel pink rose gold and ended up with super vibrant pink hair with purple streaks (not once did I ask for purple) Would not recommend at all.

I contacted Face and Body yesterday with a tricky request. They responded excellently with a solution. My son was so happy with his new hair treatment - I haven't seen him smile so much in a long time. I am absolutely blown away by the level of service and care the team at Face and Body showed when looking after him for his special Birthday treat. I couldn't be happier! Ryan and Shannon were amazing!

Ordered a 100 dollar massage as I had a migraine. Explained this very clearly and the lady said she would give me a neck and scalp massage. I'm laying there and she did my back the entire time, I finally thought it had gone on too long and asked how much time we had left, she said 5 minutes. I asked why she hadn't done the scalp massage and she said she didn't think it would help. She had a client right after so couldn't continue, and now I still have a pounding migraine and it's too late in the day for me to go anywhere else. Expecting pain relief and instead got another 24 hours of pain. They comped me my massage, but my headache is still here and pounding. My headache and scalp massage left my head completely untouched like what???

Fantastic customer service. Ordered a gift voucher from overseas and they helped organise flowers too then hand delivered to the birthday girl. Can't thank them enough.

Booked the Pamper Time package & boy did Sue make sure I was pampered! Great 1hr full body massage, followed by a 1hr facial. During which I nearly fell asleep on a number of occasions, that's how relaxing it got.As a non-Aucklander I found it a little difficult to find due to the roadworks that are currently blocking Titirangi Rd, however, they won't last forever & it should not hold back anyone from booking.If I find myself back Westside at some future date, I won't hesitate to set another appointment.
