Really have dropped there standard. After 3 cleaners assigned, decided not to use them as the last one was rude and unprofessional.

TLDR: don't use this companyI contacted the business then saw the reviews so cancelled. I was called by the NZ manager (one of two for the whole country as it turns out) who assured me that they have excellent cleaners and my experience would be great. Reader, it did not have a happy ending. The first two cleans were fantastic: the cleaner was on time, efficient, showed initiative. A few missed things but as an ex cleaner I know it takes a couple of goes to get into the swing of things. The third time, I came home to very little done but the full two hours' worth of payment gone. Checked my external cameras and saw the cleaner left after 45 mins. Couldn't contact the company. No reply from the cleaner. Finally learned the cleaner had a family emergency. These things happen. But, no note, no message. The company only has the 0800 number to contact. Whenever the NZ manager contacted me, it was a anonymous number. Learned by text the cleaner wasn't coming back. Nervous about my key. Took a week to get my key back. Decided not to have another cleaner. Learned later, my experience with this cleaner was not an isolated one. I hated having to have a cleaner but I can't do the work myself. My mum is a cleaner. I know the type of mahi involved. Clear, prompt communication is important to me. I was left anxious - still out of pocket. Should have trusted my instincts (and the reviews)

We were allocated a cleaner who is reliable and does whatever cleaning is required each week. We had our house on the market and it was so good knowing that the presentation was complete after our cleaner had been. I would definitely recommend this company.

After using another online sourced cleaning company I have switched to Absolute Domestics. The first person they put me in contact was unable to come to the pre-meeting and then on the day we agreed she would come to start the cleaning she sent me a text saying she was injured. I immediately thought 'this person is going to be high maintenance for and possibly unreliable' long term, so I contacted AD and asked for a new person to be assigned. This was done within a couple of hours with the new person making contact immediately. We met the next day and the following day she started the cleaning. She did a fantastic thorough job and dusted places that hadn't seen a duster in months possibly years. I am confident she will continue to be good. She had a notebook, took notes, and left the place spotless. I appreciated the follow up calls from AD all the way through to check on progress.

Poor Service...book cleaner for pre sale clean, called day before to say no cleaner available, rebooked to do it the morning before photographer arrives to do photos for real estate portfolio, phone call 5pm day before clean to say once again no cleaner available.

Fast, friendly and efficient, these guys are just amazing. Extremely communicative throughout too. A+++

Our cleaner was friendly and communicative, asked for feedback and did a good job. Awkwardly, some of my kids and my husband ended up being at home, but she handled it well and continued working. It was her first time and I think she did great! I give her 4 stars because to me 5 is when you get someone who you dont have to tell anything to do, but it was definitely a great first day!!

Very unorganized business, I rang to have home cleaned ,woman said I will get it sorted, didn't get back to me till following I said okay, he didnt turn up but got a txt asking for a review ....poor experience overall....
