Kelly Services (NZ)

As with other posts on this company terrible. Can't say service because there had been none. Rude male on the phone in Christchurch, advertising for positions still being advertised as if they are available, and said that they didn't want to take any details because they don't have an office where I lived. Waste of my time and money.

I had a bad experience with the onsite consultant at Christchurch (Watties) She gave me unstable job. What worse is when i was working at the job she assigned me when there was no work she given me really short notice saying starting tommorow there's no work so i've been off work for couple of weeks without wages-very inconsiderate in my opinion. Also mocked up the holiday pay. Employment agency only care about money that they can get from temp employees!

I have had a very good experience with Kelly Services , found me a job that met my requirements very quickly. Rachel has looked after me during my time at Kelly Services with amazing communication and continues to check up and support me while I am on assignment (Working).

After trying a few recruitment agencies operating in and around Christchurch without any success, I came across a job advertisement with Rachel’s name. I tried ringing Rachel to inquire about the advert but could not get hold of her as she was not in on that day. I spoke to Zoltan, who advised me to go to their offices for a meeting with him. I went to meet with Zoltan, and he signed me up on the spot. A few weeks later, I got a call from Rachel. Rachel asked me only a few questions and advised that she would be forwarding my name to their client who was looking for temporary staff then. This was after giving me the details of their client’s organisation and also checking if I would still be interested in working for them.A week later, I found myself starting my new job in an organisation that is globally known and working with amazing people. Since the first day of my assignment, Rachel has been checking on me, and I have not gone unpaid. Kelly Services Christchurch are good at what they do!!!

Compared to Graham Consulting, I found these guys to be really good. I had a very good experience dealing with them. I registered with them years ago and have found work since then. However, recently I needed a job and contacted them again. I think it was Carline that I spoke to, she was so professional, friendly and she took an interest in me as a person, not just another number to their database. I didnt have to meet with her (most agencies keep getting new consultants in and the new ones want to meet with candidates yet again, get them to fill in paper work that they had previously completed the first time round, even tho the last consultant met with them and interviewed them!). Its just a pain, waste of money and time!! With Kelly's I didnt have to do that again or fill in unnecessary paper work. The service was pain and hassle free. I would definitely recommend this agency.

I had the best service evrr since I have been with Kelly's I have never been without a job. Rachel has landed me a job with a high possibility that it'll turn into a permanent. I am greatful

From the time I first contacted her, Beth has been absolutely amazing - totally professional yet caring and approachable, with a genuine heart for helping people. On numerous occasions she went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were well supported, and did everything she could to provide suitable work for us. That care and attention was ongoing throughout our entire time with Kelly. We owe so much to Beth and can't speak highly enough of her. She totally transformed our job-hunting experience; the world needs more people like her!

My first experience gaining employment through a temp agency. I've found Rachel and Zoltan (CHCH) to be very professional in all of my dealings with them. Rachel is supportive, passionate and genuinely cares about her clients enjoying the roles they are in, as well as being proactive in suggesting upcoming roles that suit their skill set. I worked for Kelly Services for about 6 months after returning to NZ after 8 years overseas. I found Kelly Services very professional , helpful and caring. Rachel (one of the two main contacts) was friendly, encouraging and reliable. A goal of Kelly Services was to get me into permanent work - and great - I have full time work now. Thanks Kelly Services!
