From the first day of contact with Forte and in our case specifically with Martin Herman, we have been highly impressed with the professional approach and that the communication accessibility was never a problem. Someone was always there to deal with a question!We were going through an extensive renovation and a lot of our decisions and purchases had to be done online which also meant that in this case we were making decisions after viewing several samples. We needed time to decide on the interior flooring as well as a large exterior deck.Martin understood the decision making process and was very sympathetic regarding my indecisiveness. Our final decision for Moda Mondello and the exterior Millboard decking feels absolutely perfect and is the icing on the cake after the renovation whirlwind!Thank you Marin and all Forte staff we have dealt with.

We are a family run building team and we found it super easy to deal with Forte in building our own home. Their product is gorgeous and even better installed. We are super happy with our selection. Their show room is generous in terms of what they have to show potential clients. The customer service and after sale service is top notch with the team being quick to respond in a timely manner. What stuck out most to me is their flexibility to hold on to our material especially during lock down and then making it a priority to ensure we had our stuff delivered to site promptly. when we had left overs, again the credit and pick up service couldn't be faulted. I cant wait to recommend them to other clients of ours! way to go Forte! And huge HIGH FIVES to Linda, Mel and Les at Forte! And to our interior designer from NEST as well for specifying Forte for us!

Loving this new wood flooring form Forte Flooring Manor Range. We used their Manor Collection - Atelier Classic Genuine French Collection and it is stunning. We are getting compliments from all the visitors. The wide textured panels add a lot of character and it has been well worth the investment. The floor is easy to maintain and we now don't have to worry about hours of vacuuming. plus the texture gives a nice feel under the door. Our sales persons and their recommended installer were both very helpful. Thank you Miguel and Les.

We love our flooring from Forté! Our builder commented on how easy it was to install and really nice to work with. We love the look and feel of living on it with two young kids. Martin was excellent to deal with and followed up throughout our long build journey. They incredibly accomodating with storing the flooring when we had delays, which I really appreciated.

The sales team in particular Linda- were very helpful in giving us excellent samples to take home and consider, and showing us in their various showrooms what it would look like laid . In fact all of the many Forte staff we dealt with were all extremely helpful and friendly. Obviously a great company.

From start to finish the service and attitude of the people working in this company was excellent. In particular over a year from buying the product we realised we had purchased too many boxes. The refund process was so easy and they picked up the excess from us. So often companies let themselves down by not following through during the entire cycle of the customer relation but not these guys. So happy.
