Never had decent service here. Go through drive through and wait 10 mins for food. Go inside and it's even longer. Normally missing part of the order so have to wait even longer

Don’t order from menulog. The chips were half full and soggy. They literally put small fries into a large container .. how is this legal?

Food was first but table was messy and the rubbish bin was full. Not many customers. Why they didn't clean the table and rubbish bin.

When you go to maccas you expect loud beeping and people talking loudly and a really 'busy' atmosphere, not here. This was quick service, hot and fresh" food with no noise and distraction.Two of the 4+ self kiosks were unavailable

The team were training new staff. It was clearly full on. Everyone looked happy, and nobody was yelling or getting irritated. Really nice to see. Sure my order took a while longer but I'm pleased because it looked like a great environment to be trained in and when you're new things are a bit tricky. Congratulations on the jobs new staff, and good work to all the staff that were training them. Top job. (Food was good too, absolutely no complaints at all, nothing missed or wrong in order)Update- new staff are very good. Training must have gone well!

I have been a couple of times and my fav is the fillet o fish but very disappointed. Twice fish was hard and not much sauce so it was extremely dry. Once the bottom of the cup fell out and I was soaked along with my seat. I feel for the people at fast food places because it's not always their fault, can be hit and miss like most fast food places.

Guy who served us at the drive through was beyond rude. Didn't give what we asked for and slammed the window in our face
