Very unprofessional. Undertook to live stream my father's funeral then didn't. I had to join a messenger chat and couldn't see much. When I rang up afterward there was no apology, only justifications and excuses. Ruined what could have been a special experience.

We used Cleveland at short notice and were amazed at the service we received. Michelle helped us through a very difficult time and was professional, caring and took all of the stress away from organising such an event. While we hope to not need their service again, we would not hesitate to use them again if/when needed. Highly recommended.

Very professional people who went out of their way to ensure we were able to farewell our Dad under difficult Covid restrictions. They worked hard to ensure those in the family that were able to attend the viewings and send Dad off were accommodated, whilst still following the limits on numbers.
