I have made an order on 4th march since now I haven’t received it an I have been mailing them please call me regarding my order. No response from them . However I haven’t received any delivery update. From I am really frustrated with service. Not Gonna order again .

I was very impressed with the service this store gave me. I ordered two products yesterday and they arrived at my front door today. Hastings to Auckland very impressive. I will certainly shop with them again. Thank you guys for the amazing service.

Really disappointed with their service. Wrong item was delivered but CANNOT get hold of anyone to solve the problem! Will NOT come back to buy anything from them again!!

Great service fast delivery and no extra trade me charges. Ordered Thursday night received Monday 8.30am NZ Couriers. I emailed them re tracking as the tracking number is shown in your online account, but I had not set that up I set that up and all details listed. But they still emailed a reply on Saturday morning, and when I replied to say thanks they replied back to say have a great weekend. I'd say these guys are very well setup and are very customer orientated, nice to see amazing personal communication.Plus the item is fantastic very very cheap compared to others on Trade me etc.I'm actually going to order another item this week or next week.Well done brands I'd recommend checking these guys out b4 trademe...Awesome cheers B

Always had pretty good service from here, I've ordered a lot of perfumes etc. Today I received an order which included some collagen bars which were completely squashed and the response was that shipping isn't their issue and these things happen"."

Taking forever to deliver. It’s been 16 days and I still didn’t recieve my package. Save your time and buy elsewhere.
