This lake is stunning in the summer! One JetSki lake and one swimming lake, it's a bit of a walk from the car park over the hill, but it's a cool spot to chill out when it's hot

Another GREAT spot to walk your dog. Sawyer’s Arm Reserve includes 2 Lakes, and also the start of Otukaikino Track. Lovely Place!!!!!

Wasn't sure what to expect, one half is for jetskis, the other half is for swimming, paddle boarding etc. There is ample parking and the lake is cool, deep and refreshing. Lovely

Family friendly fun place near Christchurch airport. Some people do jet ski practice on one part of the lake, swim and kayak in the other

Beautiful views, an absolutely stunning place and would of well exceeded the 5 stars easily…..BUT the gravel road is absolutely appalling to say the least. Is advertised on Maps as wheelchair friendly when in reality, if you don’t have a four wheel drive, god help you. The pot holes are so excessive and they are really deep, causing the vehicle the violently bounce, giving my rear some high bounces off the seat itself. Come on CCC, fix potholes so that EVERY Vehicle and Person can enjoy the beautiful reserve.
