Free camping at a DOC site. Just an outhouse and half a dozen camp spots, but a beautiful setting right on Lake Waikaremoana. It was partially flooded when I camped, but the site was full both nights.

Cool freedam campside right on the lake. Allowed to do fires, if you are able to, because of the wind.
