Wonderful country pub with an excellent outdoor area for families.The food range is very extensive and the burgers are very tasty!The Sunday Music sessions are a great event to look out for with live music out under the shade of the trees while enjoying food and a bevy.

7 of us for lunch, inc 1 child who was given pencils and puzzle - well done! The hot chocolate looked amazing - wish I’d had one. My chicken filo was bigger than expected, very tasty filling. Others were very happy with their chicken salad, roasted pumpkin soup and sliders (the fish sliders may have raised my envy). If you’re in or passing near Mayfield make sure you stop in, you won’t be disappointed.

Husband happy with his spare ribs. Great service I only wish I had remembered the cheerful waitress name only that she moved down from Auckland. What a delight she was. Sadly we thought the cost of our food & drinks were expensive ( over $80).

Loved this place . Very welcoming and lovely owners . Food was delicious and made from scratch. Compliments to the chef. We will be back . Spare ribs, salmon , roast chicken snd pull pork burger all fresh and tasty .

What a gem of a place in Mayfield. Was a very hot day but plenty of shady spots in the lovely outdoor area. Friendly staff and the food looked delicious (we only stopped for a drink). The dog was just as welcomed and appreciated sprawling on the grass under a shady tree with a bowl of water.

First time visit this place for lunch. Exceptional friendly service from owner Deb and staff Abby. It was busy but didn't have to wait long for my Massive Mixed Grill-Ribeye steak, sausage, bacon, two eggs, grilled tomato, grilled mushroom and heaps of fried chips. My steak was cooked to perfection. Will come back to try their black board menu.

Panthers Rock was great tonight, complimentary bubbles for Mother’s Day followed by a delicious menu. Very kid friendly with wonderful owners and amazing staff. Cheers guys ☺️

worth the drive here! here for a week of work at mt somers village and didn’t want to cook one night ;) didn’t realise we had to book for stronechrubie so we missed out! but this place is far better. awesome food and AMAZING friendly staff!garlic and chilli prawns were great, but quite pricey. there are lots of specials to choose from besides the menu as well :) would recommend!!!
