So disappointed. The store is set out beautifully, however the staff (1 or 2 in particular) are completely incompetent. I had to come up with, and suggest a solution for a problem that the girl had made. I made several attempts to let her rectify the (very simple) situation but was left having to give guidance on how to do her job. I work in customer service myself and I really cant believe how bad this experience was from beginning to end.

Really disappointed with their inclusivity here at Kookai. It was the unprofessional customer service I’ve had. I was in the changing room but unexpectedly heard the sales staff talking about my image. It was not very professional by the team at Kookai. I will not be returning to this store and telling many people and maybe including the company fair go potentially even further to this the media.
