website is terrible after years of buying products will not anymore just poor customer service and no ownership as advertised bought for him mystery clothing pack 3 items and i received items all up, much more less than $100 i wrote a review on the Website over 7 weeks ago and was not posted and a response i got its automated and yet still not posted after all this time cause it was low score that's why i wonder. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to online shop from them, they’re not trustworthy.

Overall I like the products and the store, but the customer service is pretty sub-par. They also moderate all product reviews before they're published, so any negative reviews about their own products are unpublished. I posted feedback on several NZM homebrand items and they only posted the 5-star ones. Couldn't have anyone know the caramel cinnamon whey isolate smells and tastes like expired milk before they buy it! I'm sure most websites do this, but it's sad to know NZM isn't above this kind of behaviour.Shipping is ok, sometimes takes 2-3 days to get an order out, but usually it is sent the day after ordering.

Charged me twice for my order. Tried to blame it on me that I had been charged twice. They sent me someone else’s order and I was told I had to return it before they could send me my correct order though I paid extra for one day express delivery and wasn’t at fault for been given the incorrect order to begin with. I asked for a refund and to return my order all together and I had to drive out to their head office in Rosedale to make this happen. The lady did not know their return policy at all as she told me over the phone that I couldn’t return my order as they do not do returns but on their website it says you can return up to 7 days after receiving your order. Won’t be shopping from them again. If I had of shopped from the store I’m sure I would’ve had a better experience. But I wouldn’t recommend anyone to online shop from them, they’re not trustworthy.

Nothing but awesome experiences with NZ Muscle.Easy and fast deliveries on every order. Also had to return and exchange an item which was sorted by Sasha within 2 days. The entire experience was easy and without fault, so thank you to her and the team at NZ Muscle

Not about the service but about the clothes.Got to the gym, put on my new shorts for the first time and after 5 minutes the seam had split.20 minutes into the gym session, the bra (zip down the front) came undone whilst sitting down waiting to begin another exercise.Extremely poor quality and extremely embarrassing for me.

I wanted yo update my previous review by adding some more details after my third order last week.I ordered on Friday about 11 am, got an email at 4 pm to say order was picked and wiil be delivered on Monday. Without fail order arrived 9 am.Absolutely fantastic service.All items perfect. Love the wrist strap and the protein shakes. And received a free gift... Thank you.Well deserved 5 stars!I am not sure which store the online came from, but my last 2 orders were perfect. Overnight delivery, great price. Highly recommended. I wish all online shopping was this pleasant.

I have been a customer of NZ Muscle through their online website for the past 5 years and I have never had an issue. I've mainly purchased protein power and creatine supplements - but I have had a generally good experience buying other items such as a weighted vest and hand grippers.Delivery has always been quick to the Waikato and I have never had a bad experience. In my opinion they are great traders and reliable.

Staff member not helpful, I asked for a product and he just said if it’s there we have it. I spent a while looking and had to assume it wasn’t there.I felt like I was almost bothering the guy by just asking, and there was no one else in the store so it wasn’t as though he was rushed off his feet. Will go somewhere else to purchase protein etc from now on which is a shame, as I do like the taste of their branded whey protein.Also agree with a previous reviewer - often closed or “back in 10 mins sign up”. At least update the internet so people don’t waste their time.
