NRG Gym Wanaka

This is my first gym that I've ever joined and its made the start of my gym journey absolutely amazing. The gym itself is always clean and tidy, the trainers are always friendly and willing to help, the wide ranges of virtual and in person classes (included in the membership too!!) are awesome too. I couldn't reccomend NRG more. I'm looking forward to continuing this journey with such an aweosme crew!! Also special shoutout to Trent, the most amazing, supporting PT anyone could ask for.

Great gym to regularly visit if staying in Wanaka for a week. Can be a bit busy around 9am on weekday, not very busy at all after 8pm.

One of the most exciting gym to see around Wanaka. If you're into unconventional strength training, they have real selection of bells. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable too! I'll definitely be back.

Great facilities, clean space, awesome friendly staff, excellent in-house physiotherapy.I have been attending NRG over the winter months while working in the local ski industry.NRG has been my favourite gym that I've attended for a long time. The staff are always friendly and very present (shoutout to Trent, always the smiliest dude in the room). Even in the short time I've been here they have brought in new equipment and are always trying to improve on the space and layout to make things as customer friendly as possible.The in-house physiotherapist, Clare, gave me outstanding attention and treatment for an injusty I sustained early-season and the space and equipment available catered perfectly to my needs.Thanks NRG, hope to see you all again next year.

Such a cool environment, super friendly staff and great facilities!

Clean facilities. Good options for equipment. $20 for day pass which gives you access to the gym, sauna, and all the group classes during the day. Staff are so friendly. Rob was great help :p

I joined NRG about 2 months ago. Best decision ever. Staff and facilities are great. Must try the sauna!I meet Trent who is a PT there, he helped me with all the exercises I needed that were specific to my training. He is amazing and you should definitely go to him. Very supportive, knowledgeable and just lots of fun.

This place is grubby and unloved. The floors are filthy and the paintwork needs a good clean. This gym was better looked after under the old management.

NRG is a great place to go and workout, the Les Mills classes are awesome and the sauna is an added bonus. Thanks to Trent for making me feel comfortable and welcome at NRG!
