An unbelievable experience with this crowd.Mikes glass were engaged under an insurance job for a broken double glazed window. During the replacement installation their glazier caused substantial damage to a handrail by standing on it despite being specifically requested not to. When questioned on the damage it was met with the response of it was like that when we got here". Props to AA insurance for getting this damage sorted for me.In addition

Replaced glass in a ranch slider. Broke all clips and couldn’t even use it. They just didn’t care at all. Would never recommendRanch slider wouldn’t even open and the gaps that I had to get sorted because the glass was not a good fit

We employed Mike's Glass for a difficult job and the final result is great. There was an issue related to the job requiring non-standard materials that were not initially available - I think the way a company deals with problems when a job is not straight forward is the real test of if they are any good or not and I was very impressed about how this was dealt with - fast and effective communication, no run around or evasiveness which is all too common with contractors in the current market. Great work from both the tradesmen and the team in the office.

Not professional. Very poor communication/not responsive and not a terribly good job done. Can't recommend them unfortunately and would not use them again.

I was put on to Mike's Glass for a cracked window repair organised by AA insurance. It took three months from the time I filed my claim to completion of the job. Delay after delay. Endless phone calls and plenty of time spent off work waiting for people to come - just for a simple job. Would never go to this company again (or Master Glaziers, for whom Mike's Glass is an agent).

Mikes glass were able to replace our front door and sidelite single pane glass on the same day. Lisa in the office was friendly and efficient on the phone. The installer was on time, friendly and very tidy in his workmanship.Will use again, although hopefully we won't have any more breakages! Thanks!

Wonderful service from Mikes Glass. Their lovely glazier came to my home and fixed the two broken pieces of glass in my ranch slider, took less time than I had expected even though the poor glazier had to carry this frame up and down the 50 stairs to my property by himself. 100% will recommend your company to family & friends in future! Thanks a lot!
