Great service

Had a bike for a service, was taken apart , wrong diagnostic, didn’t get fixed , when was put back together was missing a few bits and it cost me quite a bit, very disappointed, won’t go back again

My husband Darren recently purchased a second hand ride on mower from them and we have been super impressed with our dealing with them. Good old fashioned honest service that goes above and beyond.The first time that we used the mower it was difficult to start so we contacted the team and it was suggested that it could be a throttle set issue. The next time that we used it same deal. Contacted them immediately and without hesitation they sent a driver out to collect and sorted the problem, an hours drive each way.In this day and age we are, quite frankly, surprised and delighted to find that there are still those stand out companies that we and previous generations of Kiwis have come to know and trust. We absolutely recommend Peter Glidden Honda and in particular Patrick and Tony, the two top blokes who we had the pleasure of dealing with. First time customer here. The work was good, at a good price…but don’t interrupt the old tubby guy during his lunch break. (1pm) He threw his Sammie’s back in his lunchbox when he saw me coming. I told him I was sorry I interrupted his lunch and would wait, to which he replied “too late”. I don’t know who he was but he certainly didn’t value my custom. I’m not sure I want to support a business where I am made to feel guilty if I interrupt someone’s lunch break.
