If I could give zero stars I would. Totally unprofessional behaviour when dealing with expired agreements and a separation property. Bayleys Taupo did nothing to rectify the situation when it was brought to their attention as well. Nil attention to detail, very poor communication, and total disregard of one party of the ownership of the property. Property was later listed with another agent/company and sold with agents that were fair, had great communication, and went over and above. If you want someone who is fair and works for their listing, go elsewhere!

Probably the biggest office of Bayleys in Taupo. Located close just opposite to Taupo lake. They have amazing properties for rent and for buying.
